    At Daisy Gift Box, every order is prepared with care. Please review our return and refund policy below.

    Orders Including Gift Wrap All orders that include gift wrapping are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. No cash refunds will be issued on gift-wrapped orders. Gift wrap fees are non-refundable.

    To protect the gift sender's privacy, gift returns are processed discreetly — the sender will not receive any notifications. Store credit will be applied to your email address on file. To start a gift return, please use the "Start a return or claim for a gift" link at the bottom of this page.

    Please ensure your email address is correct before submitting your return. We are not responsible for store credit issued to an incorrect or outdated email address. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out — we're happy to help!

    Non-Gift Orders For non-gift retail orders, we accept returns within 7 business days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the cost of the return shipping label. Alternatively, customers may opt for an exchange or store credit.
