SHIPPING, RETURNS, REFUNDS, PICKUP & PERSONALIZATION POLICY
Shipping Policy
Orders ship within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary based on destination, shipping carrier, weather conditions, peak seasons, and order volume.
Orders shipping to farther states or rural areas may require additional delivery time. During busy seasons or promotional periods, processing and delivery times may be extended by a few additional business days.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and are provided as a general guideline only.
Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has shipped, Daisy GiftBox is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, including but not limited to:

Weather-related delays

Carrier processing delays

High-volume or holiday shipping periods

Delivery to remote or farther states
Lost, Delayed, or Carrier-Marked Delivered Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if there is a significant delay, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist by providing shipment documentation when needed.
Returns & Exchanges
Orders may be returned or exchanged for store credit within 30 days of the order date.
Returned or exchanged items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in brand-new condition

In original packaging
Items that are used, damaged, altered, or not in new condition will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Customers who checked out with Re:do Return Protection receive one (1) free return label.

Unauthorized or ineligible returns may be rejected.
Items returned that do not meet eligibility requirements may be returned to the customer at their expense or handled according to our policy.
Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

After 7 days, approved returns are eligible for store credit only.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are not accepted for:

Personalized or embroidered items

Final sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Used, damaged, or altered items
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12–24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet shipped, for a full refund.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Pickup & Return Drop-Off
Pickup and return drop-off are available at our Airmont location during the following hours:
Monday–Thursday | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Customers must call, text, or WhatsApp before arriving to confirm availability.
After-Hours Pickup or Drop-Off
Pickup or return drop-off outside of the listed hours requires prior confirmation.

Customers must receive confirmation before arriving at a different time.

Daisy GiftBox is not responsible for any items dropped off after hours without prior approval, including loss or damage.
Unconfirmed after-hours drop-offs will not be accepted.
Shipping & Local Delivery

Shipping is available within the United States.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders.

Local delivery is available in the Monsey area only for orders placed before 1:00 PM.
Gift Wrap Policy
🎁 Free gift wrap is available on regular-priced (non-sale) items.
For sale items, gift wrap is available only if:

The item is pre-packaged as a gift, or
-
The item value is $30 or more
Custom gift notes may be added upon request.
🧵 Embroidery & Personalization Policy
All embroidery and personalized items are created based on the details submitted at checkout, including name, font, and thread color.
While we do our best to review embroidery orders, customers are responsible for reviewing their order confirmation carefully to ensure all personalization details are correct.
Changes & Responsibility

Embroidery details (name, font, and thread color) cannot be changed once the order has been placed.

Personalized and embroidered items cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned once production has begun.
Please double-check all customization selections before completing your purchase.
System & Order Completion
If an order does not go through due to a system issue or incomplete checkout, the customer is responsible for placing the order again. Daisy GiftBox is not responsible for orders that were not successfully submitted or confirmed.
Errors

Daisy GiftBox is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If an error occurs on our end, we will gladly review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Minor variations in embroidery placement, size, or thread shade may occur and are considered normal.
