Return Policy

Return for a Refund: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Gift Box within 7 days of receipt goods for a full refund. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (this does not include original shipping costs.) Exchange: May be made within 30 days of purchase. Gift recipient: If you are a Gift recipient and would like to return or exchange your gift box, you can be rest assured, that the individual who purchased your original gift will not be notified of the return. Please note:

• Daisy Gift Box is required to be returned with all it's original items in the Gift Box, in unused condition and with the original purchase receipt.

• We do not pay for shipping costs - if you require return shipping, the value of your credit will be less the shipping costs.
• We only exchange an item once. When choosing your exchange item, please make your selection carefully as we will not exchange it again
