Shipping Policy: Orders ship within 124-48 hours. Shipping time is approxomitly 1-3 Business days

Returns & Exchange: Orders can be Exhanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of order placing date.

Please note: Items being returned or exchanged must be in an unused and in perfect condition. We cannot accept used or not brand new condition items. 

Refunds: We do not accept refunds. If you change your mind after placing your order, you can cancel your order within 12-24 hours. You can cancel your order by sending an email to sales@daisygiftbox.com for a full refund only before we have shipped the order.

Shipping & local deliveries: Shipping is available in US. Free shipping available for minimum. Local delivery in Monsey area only for orders placed before 1pm. 

Pick up: Available at our Airmont location. Usually ready within 24 hours. (Please message or email before pickup)

Gift wrap: We offer Free gift wrap with each order. Custom gift note can be added per request!
